Terms & Conditions

Here are some of the terms & conditions before recruiting human resources.

01. The First Party issues Demand Letter to the Second Party, detailing worker requirements, salary and services.

02. Both parties should offer free employment services, visas and tickets for deserving candidates.

03. Both parties must obtain Government approval for import, recruitment and supply workers in accordance with their respective countries’ rules. If there is a conflict between Government rule and contract conditions, the agreement is null and void.

04. The First party must provide Government issued visas and relevant documents for workers, assuming responsibility for recruitment experience if visas aren’t issued.

05. Worker’s monthly earnings are based on attached demand letter for each category.

06. The Second party must ensure workers recommended by the First party are examined by a Nepalese Doctor for appointment by the Government. Candidates must have valid certificates for fitness, including AIDS, TB, and infectious diseases. The Second party must submit original medical and passport copies.

07. The First party will be responsible for receiving the workers at the Airport in part and as whole as per validity of Visa of the concerned country.

08. The Second party is responsible for recruiting workers from Nepal, either directly or through an authorized representative. They must submit visa advice and required documents within 45 days.

09. The First party agrees to bear the compensation in case of death or injury of the workers and also agrees to bear the cost of transport of dead body to Nepal as per the labors law of country concerned.

10. A three-month probationary period for workers is provided, with the Second party covering termination & repatriation costs if deemed unfit for the job.

11. The workers will be interviewed, tested by the representative of the employer.

12. The Second party shall assist the workers in matters relating to immigration formalities, medical test and visa stamping from the relevant Embassy and whatever other relevant matters.

13. The First party ensures to provide the workers with free bachelor sharing accommodation, free food and other necessary amenities, including medical and insurance coverage.

14.The First party agrees to enter into agreement with the Second party to supply Nepalese manpower of different categories such as skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled workers, the number and qualification in respect there of are be specified by the First party through the task orders.

15. The First party agrees to advice to the Second party of its personnel requirement from Nepal through cable, telex or letter, specifying personnel requirements, their respective job descriptions, salaries, other terms and conditions and the desired mobilization dated on the respective site.

16.The Second party is responsible for short-listing the qualified candidates in accordance with the First party’s requirements, notifying them of those ready for final interviews and selection. The First party has the rights to send representatives or grant the Second party full guarantee to select, process and send the qualified workers.
